On December 18, 2020, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte graced the turnover and blessing ceremony of the fourteen (14) emergency response and rescue vehicles that the City Government of Davao has acquired.
The additional emergency response and rescue vehicles constitute of two (2) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Ambulances, five (5) Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulances, four (4) Troop and Mass Transport and Multipurpose Trucks, one (1) Wagon 4×4 Rescue Personnel Truck, one (1) Aerial Fire Ladder, and one (1) Fire/Rescue Patrol Boat.
Also present during the program were Fr. Emmanuel Gonzaga, DRRMO Head P/LtCOL Alfredo Baloran (Ret.), PSSCC Head P/LtCOL Angel Sumagaysay (Ret.), and fellow Dabawenyos.
